DPL signature format
Live-music bursts - a series of micro-concerts.
Performers return several times during the evening for two or three songs, briefly gathering the whole room's attention. Over two hours, for example, several of these appearances can unfold, with the event opening back into conversation, food and celebration in between. It is not one long concert, but a live-music rhythm running through the event.

The final price depends on the date, duration, number of guests and event format. Longer bookings, weekdays and flexible dates may allow us to offer more favourable terms.
This is not a fixed rate for every event. When you choose more services and a longer booking, we can consider the venue fee as part of the overall event budget.

What to know before choosing a date.
How many guests can the venue hold?
Up to 120 guests theatre-style or up to 70 in a standing or mixed layout. We shape the exact arrangement around the flow of your event.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. You can choose your own supplier or a proposal from our catering partners. We agree serving, staffing and setup time in advance.
How are drinks arranged?
We can provide a licensed-bar proposal based on guest numbers and budget. If you prefer another arrangement, we agree its conditions in the proposal.
Is the room suitable for presentations?
Yes. The venue has a 6-metre screen, 4K projection, microphones, stage lighting and a Meyer Sound system.
When can setup begin?
Setup and rehearsal time are agreed together with the event duration. It depends on the furniture, technical, catering and programme requirements.
Where can guests park?
The easiest option is the underground car park at “Europa” Mall. Downtown Piano Lab is on the third floor.
