How the estimate works
- Venue
- Vilnius venue-hire allowance including 2 hours for setup and clearing. This is a venue category, not a reservation for a named venue. For DPL venue hire, use the separate hire calculator.
- Food per guest
- Indicative menu scope. Staff, tableware and delivery are separate lines. Coffee-break drinks are not charged twice. The same portion rate is used for every guest; children’s menus are agreed in the proposal.
- Drinks package
- A finite quantity, not an unlimited bar. The soft-drinks allowance includes around 1 litre of water / juice and 2 coffees or teas. Under-18s receive a soft-drinks allowance only. Bar equipment and bartenders are a separate line.
- Sound and lighting
- The DJ bundle’s basic equipment for up to 80 guests is not charged twice. Additional live-band production and larger events are budgeted separately. Piano hire is excluded.
- Planning support
- Full planning covers venue and supplier search, budget, programme and coordination. Partial planning assumes you already have a venue and some suppliers. For day coordination, you provide an agreed plan. The fee reflects scope, duration and guest numbers.
Service staff cover the event and 2 hours for setup / clearing. Host / DJ overtime beyond 6 hours is included in the estimate. Only selected services are included.
An indicative Vilnius event budget, not a fixed offer or date reservation. The upper planning figure allows 15% for price variation within the selected scope. The venue, suppliers, menu, quantities and final price are agreed in a proposal. Accommodation, outdoor infrastructure, permits, music rights, piano hire, travel outside Vilnius and additional requests are excluded unless agreed separately.
