FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Tickets & events

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are currently sold through kakava.lt — the link is on every event page. If it’s easier, reserve by phone +370 624 02 031 or email.

Can I return a ticket?

If you can’t make it, contact us as early as possible — we’ll offer a date change or a refund if more than 48 hours remain before the event.

When do doors open?

Usually 30 minutes before the concert — the exact time is listed with each event. The bar is open.

Lessons

How much do piano lessons cost?

An individual 60-minute lesson is €80. The programme is built around your experience and goals; get in touch about a first lesson and we reply within a day.

Do I need my own instrument?

Not for lessons at the club. For home practice an instrument helps, but a simple digital piano is enough to start.

Do you teach online?

Yes — both in person in Vilnius and online from anywhere in the world.

Kids Music Club

From what age do you accept children?

From 6 months to 6 years — four programmes by age. Parents join classes for children under 3.

How much does the club cost?

€60/month (1×/week) or €90/month (2×/week). Trial class €15, credited toward your first month. Minimum commitment — 3 months.

What if we miss a class?

Missed classes can be made up the same month in another group — arrange it with the teacher.

How big are the groups?

8–10 children — small enough for individual attention, big enough for playing together.

Gift cards

Does a gift card expire?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any DPL concert.

Getting here

Where do I park?

In the “Europa” Mall underground car park — the lift takes you straight to the 3rd floor.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes — the club is reachable by lift and the space is single-level.
