KHEMEIA | Where Voice and Guitar Meet
Aurora Marchese (Italy) · vocals · Mikael Máni Ásmundsson (Iceland) · guitar
On 13 November, Italian vocalist Aurora Marchese and Icelandic guitarist Mikael Máni Ásmundsson present their duo KHEMEIA. A shared love of jazz ballads, meaningful lyrics and musical storytelling brought them together. Formed in Amsterdam, the duo treats voice and guitar as partners in a conversation, responding to one another as they tell each song’s story. The Dainykla project is partially funded by Vilnius City Municipality.
