Can we show presentations and video?
Yes. The venue has a 6-metre screen and 4K projection. We check file formats and connections before the event.
Can the room layout be changed?
Yes. We agree a theatre, standing or mixed format, the stage zone and buffet position.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. We can also offer menus and service from our catering partners.
Can you provide a host and musicians?
Yes. We can select a host, pianist, vocalists, a band, DJ or another format around the purpose and budget.
Where can guests park?
The easiest option is the underground car park at “Europa” Mall. The venue is on the third floor.
