Jason Nicholson-Porter — London Soul

Born in Jamaica, raised in London. Britain heard him in 2018, when he sang “Amazing Grace” at the blind auditions of The Voice UK and Jennifer Hudson turned her chair. Jason Nicholson-Porter has sung on an Emeli Sandé album and opened for Kirk Franklin and Mary Mary. In Vilnius one piano answers him — Vytautas Straižys at the keys. Gospel without a choir: the vaults of St Catherine’s give a voice back everything it hands them.
